Emily fell in love with Charleston during a 1996 family vacation. She knew she would be back someday. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Marketing, she worked in Chicago for a few years then moved to Europe where her husband was working. She traveled, attended Le Cordon Bleu Pastry School in Paris, and immersed herself in European history. Once her husband retired after 12 years as a professional basketball player in Germany, they made the decision to move their young family to Charleston.
Emily is constantly continuing her real estate education and recently received her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, as well as her Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification. Only 3,500 real estate agents in the world have the CIPS designation, putting Emily in an elite class of Realtors. Emily utilizes her extensive real estate knowledge and global background to bring buyers from around the world to sellers here in the Lowcountry. For buyers here in Charleston, she draws from her extensive local connections to find clients their dream home!
When Emily isn’t working, she loves enjoying the outdoor lifestyle Charleston offers. You will find her with her husband and 2 girls relaxing at the beach, riding bikes through Palmetto Island County Park, or eating their way through downtown.
